Is SecureWatch a cloud NVR that stores all video for me?
No. Edge nodes record on site. The cloud orchestrator relays playback. The node is the system of record.

How are plans shaped?
By cameras and sites, not seats. Soft plan shape only during interest phase — request access; no Hub checkout on this site yet.
How do I get started during interest phase?
Use Request access / Contact with name, work email, company, cameras/sites, and a message. We follow up on activation — this is not a Hub purchase flow.
Where do I administer a node?
Local admin stays on the node itself. The orchestrator is for relayed playback across sites, not a replacement for the node console. See Docs for networking detail.
What about networking?
The node dials out for encrypted control and relay. You do not open a special inbound video port. Port numbers and listeners are documented under Install and Security.
How do downloads work right now?
Use Notify me / Request access on /download. We will follow up with package access — no fake download button on this page.
