A NVR that does not pretend the WAN is the disk
Central NVRs fail the moment a site cannot push video. SecureWatch records on the edge and uses the cloud to reach those recordings — not to replace them.
Rubix Technology builds licensed software that customers run themselves. SecureWatch is the NVR in that line: edge nodes you deploy at each site, a cloud orchestrator that relays playback, and licences sold by cameras and sites through the Rubix Hub.
What it actually does

What it does not do
It is not a consumer doorbell app. It is not a promise that we store every frame for you. It is not licensed by "users" or "domains" — the catalog is cameras and sites. The first public node build is still coming; this site will not invent a download that does not exist.
Record where the cameras are
Video is written on the edge node at the site. A WAN outage does not stop recording. The node is the system of record, not a cloud bucket you hope stays up.
Replay without hauling every feed
The cloud orchestrator relays playback from the node that holds the clip. Operators reach many sites from one console without a central NVR ingesting every camera.
Admin stays local
Each node has its own local admin. You can still work the site when the orchestrator is unreachable. Updates come from Rubix Hub when you want them.
