Licensing and updates

An activation code is not a licence key. Updates come from Rubix Hub.

Two steps

  1. Request. Free plans use the form on /get-started. Paid plans check out on the Hub. You receive an activation code by email.
  2. Redeem. On /activate, submit the code plus the Node ID from https://node:8443. The Hub issues a node-locked key.

Never expect a licence key from the step-1 form. The key cannot exist until the node does. Re-redeeming the same code and Node ID is idempotent.

Updates

Published node builds are delivered through Rubix Hub. The download page on this site reads the public latest-build API and will populate itself when the first stable channel exists.
